Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Hiring Policy
At Wake Creative Inc. and all of our subsidiaries, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our operations, including our hiring processes. Harassment and Discrimination Policy
At Wake Creative Inc. and all of our subsidiaries, we are committed to providing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination of any kind. We believe in treating all employees with dignity, respect, and fairness, and we prohibit any form of harassment or discrimination based on protected characteristics. This policy applies to all employees, including managers, supervisors, and non-supervisory employees, as well as contractors, clients, and visitors.
Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment and discrimination based on the following protected characteristics are strictly prohibited at Wake Creative Inc.:
- Race
- Color
- Ethnicity
- National origin
- Religion or creed

- Gender identity or expression
- Sexual orientation

- Disability
- Veteran status

Examples of Prohibited Conduct:
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Reporting Procedures:
Employees who experience or witness harassment or discrimination are encouraged to report the behavior promptly. Reporting can be done through the following channels:
- Directly to a supervisor, manager, or human resources representative.
- Through the company’s anonymous reporting hotline or online reporting system.
- By submitting a written complaint to the human resources department or another designated individual.
Investigation and Resolution:
Upon receipt of a harassment or discrimination complaint, Wake Creative Inc. will promptly and thoroughly investigate the matter in a fair and impartial manner. Investigations will be conducted with confidentiality to the extent possible, and retaliation against individuals who report complaints or participate in investigations will not be tolerated.
Disciplinary Action:
Any employee found to have engaged in harassment or discrimination in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Wake Creative Inc. is committed to enforcing this policy and taking appropriate corrective action to prevent future instances of harassment or discrimination.
